Lyrics Context:
A god of domestic chickens stands guard over the boundary between the land of the dead and hell itself.
She’s a birdbrain, but it is because she is a birdbrain that she can maintain the attitude that she keeps in life.
Is it part of being a bird god, or is it an intentional choice?

In one, two three, one two three steps I’ll forget everything, (you know)?
For there’s nothing at all to ‘hold’ a grudge for. [*3]
In one, two three, one two three steps I’ll forgive everything, (you know)?
Because… I don’t want to be shackled down.
Notes:
The Niwa niwa part is a famous Japanese word play sentence (think “buffalo buffalo buffalo”).
[*1] Hira hira is the sound of gusting wind.
[*2] Kutaka (久侘歌), the character’s name literally means (“long time ago” “wabi (of wabi-sabi)” “song”)
侘 (wabi) means something like “a taste/appreciation for the simple or rustic”, so her name itself means “A song of appreciating the simpler times, a long time ago”.
[*3] This line translates literally as “Even holding a root has no root, you know?”
根に持つ (lit. ‘hold a root’) means to hold a grudge against someone, but because Kutaka holds some Buddhist worldview things, she is saying
“There’s no ‘core root/objective root’ to anything, so holding a grudge (root) is equally pointless.”
